Deborah Comings, VMD, CVA

Dr. Deborah Comings received her B.A. in Biology from Goucher College and her M.S. in Animal Science from the University of Delaware. She then taught college-level biology before enrolling in veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated in 2006. More recently, Dr. Comings completed advanced training at Chi University in 2023 and is now a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist.

Dr. Comings has been practicing in Bucks County for over 13 years before joining Indian Walk Veterinary Center. She cares deeply for her patients and loves working with their families. She especially enjoys using both Western and Eastern medicine to provide the best individualized treatment plan for each pet. She enjoys challenging medical cases and working with pocket pets and reptiles. She has a special knack for calming scared rodents and even knows how to hypnotize chickens!

Free time is rare because she has a young son, husband, and two cats. However, she is an avid hiker and world traveler. She loves anything involving the water, especially SCUBA diving and kayaking.
